These terms apply to the use of this website and to services quoted and delivered by Izama's Catering & Cleaning Services.
All quotations are issued in writing and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices are based on the information supplied at the time of the enquiry; a material change to guest numbers, venue, scope or date may require a revised quotation.
A booking is confirmed once the quotation is accepted in writing and any agreed deposit has been received. Dates are not held on an unconfirmed enquiry.
The client is responsible for providing safe access to the venue or property, accurate site information, and any permissions required for our teams and equipment to work on site.
Hired equipment remains the property of Izama's at all times. The client is responsible for loss or damage occurring while the equipment is in their care, other than fair wear and tear.
Cancellation terms are stated on each quotation and depend on the service, the notice given and costs already committed on your behalf.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services supplied. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
